Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder payable on-site in cash only
In case of cancellation, the deposit is retained by the owner but may be used within 3 months
Extension of stay is possible with prior notice and additional payment
The price includes bed linen, towels, natural and hygiene cosmetics and cleaning products, basic groceries (coffee, tea, spices…), firewood and barbecue supplies, 24-hour heating in winter, Wi-Fi, TV, tourist tax, final cleaning, a welcome drink
For children up to 3 years old, accommodation is free, and for children aged 4-12 years, the price per night is 15 euros/17,50 euros
Pets are welcome, with a fee of 7 euros
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
The renter is not subject to VAT according to Article 22 of the VAT Law
